Julie, co-founder of Country Life, has passed away after practicing real estate for more than 35 years. She will be missed by many!

I have worked professionally in local real estate for 22 years and previously had 15 years experience in insurance and financial services. We have a small hobby farm and I enjoy working with our miniature horses. I am a lifelong resident of the area so I know it very well. I am active in our church and participate in our local Meals on Wheels program. I am a lifelong resident of Cresco. I joined the team in March of 2019. I am a graduate of Crestwood High School and earned my RN Degree from NICC in 2005. I reside on a small acreage outside of town with my husband Marty and three children, Parker, Collin, and Addison.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, a notary public, and I hold a real estate broker license in Iowa, acting as broker officer for Country Life Real Estate.

I enjoy working with and supporting the residents of my community. I currently serve on the Regional Health Services of Howard County Foundation Board, am an active member of the Cresco United Methodist Church. I volunteer at the Cresco Senior Citizens Meal Site, in addition, I serve on the Evans Memorial Home Board and the Howard County Board of Health.

   I grew up in the Lime Springs-Chester area and live on an acreage near Lime Springs with my husband Kyle, and our three children, Avery, Reese & Karter. I am a proud graduate of Crestwood High School. I completed the Registered Nursing Program at NICC in 2004, and in 2015 I graduated from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City with my Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. I love volunteering on school field trips and helping out with the school activities. In addition, I am an active member of Saude Evangelical Lutheran Synod.
